Why Can't People Just Accept The Facts??
You have been informed, explained and reasoning about the things that has happens, of who, why, how and when...its all base on actual events encountered and it is meant for your information only cuz you do not need to get involve in this small issue and it doesnt causes us or the company any different at all.
If the fella really has left means he has left and wouldnt be coming back, theres always a good reason for that. His work permit has expired, and his not even in our payroll (subs-con only), he want to go back to his country and spend time with his family, so at this point we cant do anything at all, there are procedures at hand which cannot simply go against it just becuz we want what we want or you thought the boss must get what he wants, and thats not a very good excuse. Just let it go...
Whatever the other people been telling you or feed you with such nonsense info, this are the facts - the guy had left long time ago! And his not the only one so call leaving or had left the organisation and many of them work longer and better + contributed a lot to the company as well, but they still leave...so what can we do? Nothing!, if they really do not have choice and they get better 'treatment' elsewhere. So just chew it (the fact) even you dont like the taste of it...

The Long Story : Part Three > Pasar Malam & Off She Go
Actually its not a long story, it just the last part of the trilogy (Fri - Sat - Sun).
Yes!... someone did wonder (guees right) that I was at the pasar malam last nite.....with the Chief...we have some food there and tapau some more home. She went off this afternoon and safely reach her destination.
My phone was out of order the whole Sunday, so cant receive or call and reply sms. A thousand apology...:)
The trilogy involve three (3) different individuals i.e. gundu, Lauta and the Chief...and all ends well, for now....

The Long Story : Part Two > Bunga Telur with Lauta
Lauta called on Saturday and ask me to go with him to attend a malay wedding at Subang. Never been to this place (Subang Permai), so Lauta change his mind instead of driving there, we grab a cab.
We argued a few times upon reaching the housing area on which the correct way to use. Even with the map at hand, he still want to change the direction (different from what the map shows). Fed up of his mumbling, we (me and the cab driver) let him decides and when we caught into the traffic jamm (which we shouldnt at the first place), he starts to call his friend and telling him that it was us (me and the driver) fault that has causes the delay. We end up, stopping at the nearby petrol station and wait for his friend to fetch us up, after he pay the RM43 cab charges. We waited for 15 minutes under the hot sun (not really under, just a bit of shade) but it still very hot. Then we saw a malay man wearing baju melayu + songkok riding a scooter passing by the station like searching for someone. He saw us standing and approach us and we realise that this is the guy suppose to come to fetch us, but with the 'scooter'??? You kidding me right???
Lauta looks afraid of the idea riding the bike, not only him, me sweating already (dont like / phobia riding motorcycle). I ask the guy to get Lauta to the wedding place first and I will wait for the 2nd trip. The guy came back for my turn 10 minutes later.
It just a normal malay wedding reception outside their house under the sunny afternoon. At 2.45pm, we sure hungry (after 2 hours of travelling from KL) and fill up the tummy whatever is eatable. At.3.30pm, remind Lauta that we never drive and worry the sky might get darker. We off 10 minutes after that. We receive 2 bunga telor each (tangkai + 2 x bunga + 1 telor x 2) at the exit and have a long walk (10 minutes) before reaching the main road or highway.
Then we realise after 10 minutes standing, theres not a single taxi soul passing, theres no taxi stop nor bus stop, its totally alien place for us. Lauta start calling his taxi friends but not even one are close by the area (all either PJ or KL) and it takes about 1 or 2 hours for them to reach the place, if they know the place. The place is sungguh ulu and we are tired...and this whole scene includes the two adult still holding the bunga telur at hand...cant imagine whats in the mind of those people in the car passing thinking when they saw us with the frustrate + tired face but still 'happily' holding the bunga telur like kids..
Wait wait under the hot sun (luckily never rain), after 30 minutes or so we saw Rapid bus from far approaching and we jumping and laughing like budak kecil. Get into the bus (very long since the last time riding any bus), pay the fee while still holding the bunga telur and everyone in the bus was watching us, some look confuse, some look menyampah and some smiling or want to laugh. Confuse + smile + laugh cuz the 2 chinese adult look men get into the bus with the telur at hand.
We spent about 30 minutes in the bus because we are sesat and dunno where the dude driver going, all the name of places we passes is alien to us. End up we been advise to stop at the nearby town and alas wait for the taxi once more and this time only 5 minutes and we reach KL safely after paying the cab RM40.
The cost of makan the nasi minyak > 5 hours of travelling + standing waiting under hot sun, 45min makan time only, unnecessary arguments and RM83 cab charges. The main question is why I keep on holding the telur from 3.40pm till 6pm when at the end I never makan it at all because I dont know what happen to the telur (gone missing) before I reach home....

The Long Story : Part One > Gundu Being Smashed Back
Avoid the power crazy people...but sometimes this muka tembok guy will just appear infront of you without you calling for them. Last Friday was a bit tense for me but it meant for something good in return, so i never thought of that at first. I was having kopi o' kaw when this gundu suddenly appear and ask questions that never make sense. He said he has more power than the other guy...and he can do what he likes without refering to the other guy first. Told him that he can make whatever claims he wants to, but it must come in writing, if not, then his claim is not valid and all this will only create more confusion among other staffs. His reply is funny, "No No No!, no need black and white! what black and white?". At this point, dont you think that this fellar is real fuckin damn stupid or asshole idiot!? How can you, someone who does not has any clear and concrete designation in the company (an outsider) came in and claim you have higher authority then the guy who are the head of the division and had all the appointment letters and related credential, plus his the only guy who are authorised to sign and acknowledge all the business details of that division. I told the gundu that works (profesional term) without proper documentation is a stupid work and those who do that kind of work (no documentation) is damn stupid! His not listening and just went off and I thought its the end of it.
To my surprise, he reported this to the 'big boss' and on Saturday, BB call and told me that he have instructed gundu to treat me a drink and to settle the issue amicably since i'm his head (no. 1) and his only my deputy, so he (gundu) should report and listen to me. That evening, bump into BB and gundu, BB push gundu towards me (like budak kecik) and ask me to 'talk / teach' him (gundu) 'some lesson', which I oblige happily. THe Saturday gundu look a bit different from Friday gundu, he mellow down a lot compare to a day before. Suit you right being kena smashed back by the boss for not cooperating with me.

Do I need to Learn the Art of Bodeking?
But by learning so, it means I have to start back stabbing and step on others head yang ada rambut nor no rambut...and im sure the one that with rambut palsu find it very hard to accept...
The pro and cons, you can get along 'well' with your boss that u r polishing and always receive praises from him / her, but thats the only one person you will be friended to, all your other colleagues will hate u and curse u 24hrs and expect no friend friend from them...
I dont like to look for enemies, im looking for friendslah...but bodek cikit2 can i guess as long it never cause any harm to others...
But i think i need to learn for reference purposes, never know it might help to find solutions for 'defence and counter attack'...
