Many of us always complaints of things we do not have or not being provided by our parents and goverment. Sometimes we do forgot what we have is already more than enough, it just that we don't know how to appreciate it or use it wisely, such instances as money.
The people of Malaysia and countries that share similar status should be gratefull. We can see here and there, many still talking about having not enough money to spend for food, children schooling, clothes and even place to stay. And when you go check personnaly with them, you will find this people tend to have the latest mobile phone model, astro, dvd player, big tv (29" minimum), new car, smoke 2 packs cigarrette a day, and all this they have when staying at the low cost house provided by the goverment / PPR (Projek Perumahan Rakyat). So what do you mean by not having enough money for food etc.?
During my recent trip to Nepal, I saw many of their people struggling to get a spoon feed of food. We saw their people try many things to survive especially this time of winter. You can see the whole roadsides in any part you go will be filled up by people walking here and there looking for something to do and many day time 'pasar malam' or 'pasar chow kit' in polluted and unhealthy conditions. When the taxi stop at junctions, beggars will come and knock the door and window. Don't mentioned about the traffic, cars and bikes were honking everywhere. The people selling any products from jewelry to handicraft will keep on pestering you to buy their merchandises from the time you have eye contact with them - non stop (they will follow you if there is a need even till 200 - 300 meters). They willing to reduce the price to the extend of 60% for jewelry and 90% for handicraft. USD500 gold ring, with sapphire and diamonds were sold to us at USD200 and USD10 genuine mountain stones necklace can go to USD1 only. There was one fellar at the airport whom we never ask to help us carrying our luggage forced himself to do it and end up get 1 rupee (5cents) only. And many live in abandon houses and selfmade canopy with no eletricity (use candle only). Just imagine...
Of course we cannot compare with them as someone said to me. And this is not the only country facing such difficulties. Why do we need to care? It has nothing to do whether to care about them or not, it just that whether have we thought about how gratefull for all the things we got now, compare to them? Why do we need to complain so much? Be gratefull with what you have ok...

AJINOMOTO ANYONE?
Life would have been plain if without flavour. Plain world not tasty at all...boring... You and I need something to exite our daily living life and sometimes the exitement we look for or creates cause chaos and the opposite to others, not boring but too much problems for them to handle.
Being someone who said from the heart and direct crystal clear tend to have not a bright future in corporate ladder but that is me. I just say what I know as a fact and if you do not like it, then its too bad, even if you are my boss, I still cannot be the YES MAN all the way. This I have practiced in my 20 years working experience. 80% of my ex-boss and current boss do not like my 'direct' talking and ex'pressing'. One of my ex-boss even recommended to the director to have me sack due to my 'in-subordination' aka NONE YES MAN attitude, but end up his the one who were advice to leave the company ammicably.
Not to mentioned too much about gender but it cannot be avoided, a higher percentage of female in any work industries tend to say and indirectly and have exccesive expressions of words or story telling for even something very small issue in nature. THey like to elaborate which at the end sometimes they get trouble for their own extra antics. This is what has happens when you mendle with people personal matters (husband and wife issue, exxagerate laser mouthing', talk without facts about others etc.). Recently one in the verge for being slap and another has been bodily injury threaten for their 'sibuk jaga tepi kain orang' and extra AJINOMOTO seasoning on others personal lives. I think this flavouring of life has to do with the gender DNA, I don't know exactly but it has been there since the beginning of mankind.
So ladies, think before you talk about others especially me... I do not intend to slap or injure you physically but I will find ways to do that emotionally...

Irritation
You told me that we will do it together, no one else will come in between us, not like last year. You told me that I know what is best, I'm the expert, you are here to support me in making sure everything will be implemented as plan, as I proposed, because I know better and I'm the expert, you are not, you don't know anything about s......y. This you have said to me 4 months ago.
Time goes by and changed, you also changed and end up today you became the expert because you the boss (automatically becomes expert in everything), eventhough you don't know what is it all about or what the hell is going on!!! You said others make you confuse but actually you the one who makes everyone confuse...except for that poor fellar!!!
I have tried my best to help you, to understand you and lend a hand in whatever assistance you required. I also have tried to avoid talking and thinking about all the negative stuff about you, but I'm just a normal human being that have weaknesses too. After all the majority of the staff in the company and even the staff work under you directly, seat next to you, walk with you, hee hee haa haa with you, and many many others keep on talking, telling and labelling so many weaknesses you have which at times very irritating but not entertaining, which you do not realise or as what you have said previously that you are such a ignorant person, therefore, I have no choice but to agree with the majority voice and joined them.
I cannot tahan anymore, I'm tired and fed up with your nonsense!!! Apa nak jadi, jadilah!!! I tak marah tapi menyampah!!!
Whatever....

Mr. Conman
I just do not understand why someone like to con his own relatives or family members, to gain something which at time is worthless.
He was known in the family circle for his hard working and loyal to his wife and kids. Whatever he do, he did it to benefit his own family. This I can understand very well compared to others whom just benefitting for his ownself.
This botak fellar is not young anymore and previously was in the prison for 3 years for CBT (criminal breach of trust). He only complete standard 4 of education. But has work his butt up to look like someone who has uni degree. First I thought so too. Too bad his my uncle and he treated me well when I stayed with his family for few years many - many years ago.
I only started to realise of his 'jake of all trade' way of doing things when he persuaded me more than 20 years ago to sell my first VCR and use the money to finance some of his family matters. I ended up gain nothing!!! How stupid!!! Stupid!!! FRom then onwards, I've tried to avoid to have anything to do with him. I know he is a conman now. About 5 years ago he re-appear in my life, after his release from prison. I thought he might have changed thus not want to prejudge him and gave him another chance. But from then till today, I realise that he had con me more than 10k and luckily I'm financially better then before. Few nights ago, he tried to con me again, and I have said to myself this has to be put to end and never in my life, I scolded and lectured him upside down until he don't know what to say.
Hello! Until when you want to keep on conning people? You are not young anymore! You need to change! Change to a new leaf like Obama! You have to throw away your current blueprint and get a new one!! Appraise youself and look at your weaknesses!!! What have you achieve thus far??!!!........ Mr. Conman mum for few minutes before he says sorry and sorry and sorry many many times.....and ask where do you learn all this thing my nephew?!!! The answer is as simple as common sense. Hope you no con me no more....

What Makes A Malaysian A Malaysian
You can name all the players from the the English Premier League, but ask you to name one football player from Malaysia , one name also cannot come out.
When StreamyX come, you complain StreamyX too slow. When Maxis Broadband come, you complain Maxis Broadband always disconnects. When WiMax come, you complain Wimax too expensive. In the end, you say StreamyX still the best lah.
When toll price increase, you complain. When petrol price increase, you complain. When you go Starbucks buy RM10 coffee, NO COMPLAINTS.
When you cannot find parking in a shopping mall and have to walk very far, you complain. When you go inside the shopping mall and there's SALE , run from one end of 1Utama to the other also NO COMPLAINTS.
You are always late. And the excuse you give when you're late is always either: (a) traffic jam (b) no transport or (c) cannot find parking.
You have a parent who force you to take science stream in high school, study engineering in Uni, then when you graduate, they ask you to forget everything you learnt in Uni and do commerce.
You know someone who can specially develop an mat salleh (Whiteman) accent when speaking to a American / British / Australian.
You complain against the government in kopitiam (coffe shop), you talk loud loud. Leave anonymous comments on blogs, you also talk loud loud. Attend ceramah (political talk) by DAP, you shout loud loud. Then when Opposition organise a protest and ask you to go, you dun wan. Scared later kena tangkap (arrest) by ISA.
Every year on the 30th April, you are one of the people below queueing up last minute to submit your tax return at the IRB.
When you pay RM10 for something that costs RM1, you blame the Chinese.
When a government service is too slow, you blame the Malays.
When a building is not good and collapsed, you blame the Indians.
When a Chinese student won a scholarship, you say 'Wah! Very clever hor?'
When a Malay student won a scholarship, you say 'Aiya! Of course lah! He Malay mah!'
When an angmoh (Whiteman) stranger kiss you on the cheek to say hello, you very happy. When a Malaysian guy kiss you on the cheek to say hello, you slap him.

The NEW Beginning
It has been said that the past is past. We look forward for future. Nevertheless, the past for most of us has a lot of unhappiness but there were also many happy times. Be positive and you will see more good things to come.
Last night, I was at a mall just strolling around after I have the Korean food for dinner. I stumbled upon a book fair and immediately saw a book that interest me, Chinese Horoscope for 2009. Few weeks before this, my mum says that next year will be a good year for me. I felt some motivation then, some at least. Come back to the book, I quickly search for my horoscope and found that all the things mentioned in it was very positive and good to me. When I make comparison, I notice there are still some negative elements for other horoscope. Double joy I guess!!! It sure a good thing to come for me. Emmmm....
Few days back, I notices many open opportunities for me. And today even after some frustration in the beginning, it end up better than I thought. I manage to sit down and chat with the GM for more than 30 minutes and release some of my thought which accepted positively by the GM and want it to be implemented as soon as possible! Wow!! This might be really a new beginning for me. I just need to pray and trust God and give thanks for all the opportunities he given me.

NotEasyMoney
One wonder why they are some people who can get money as easy as plucking the apple from its tree? Also wonder why some people who work their butt out still could not manage to get a decent amount of money?
Many, sure have tried half dozen of odd jobs besides the normal 9 - 5 routine. Work part time during weekends, part time at night and some girls to the extend of selling and give 'special' service..., don't forget the boys too. You know what I mean...
Nowadays can make money from internet as well - affiliates programs, adsense and etc. But not many becomes as succesfull as they have thought. You have to spend a lot of time infront of the computer, even for someone who are expert in IT find it very tough.
But some people were very lucky. Recently, I read in the newspaper that someone have won RM20 million (USD5.7 million) jackpot without so much of hard work. WOW!!!
Some can easily make money out of nothing and without so much of hard work and in contrast many are struggling like hell to survive. Not easy money lol!!!
