I have been 'away' for more than 2 weeks thus not manage to post on this blog during that period of time. I have no idea why in the world no such posting were made. For whatever reasons, I still can think of something to write, my fingers and hands were fine and I have access to PCs.
Recap...back... it might be due to this one personal matter that had pull me away from this blog. Anyway its personal, can't reveal it here. During this time many things has happens, mostly bad stuffs but all I overcame it brilliantly,...almost all of it. How do I do that that?
I always said to others not to think so much about all the bad stuffs, negative stuffs, things that make you not happy, things that make you upset and sometimes its make you feel suffocated. Instead, think about the opposite, the happy stuffs...imagine you in wonderfull place, there will be ways to solve whatever difficulties you are facing. Theres no wrong if you imagining you in a wonderland, all no good things would be overcame whenever you are happy, smiling and when in relax mood. I did practice this 'mindset' and it helps me a lot whenever I come across any stumble blocks. How I wish we all will live happily everly after...
Hope the year of the Ox from the Chinese Zodiac will bring all of us especially whoever read this blog good health, happier and prosperous new year 2009. Gong Xi Fa Cai...angpau na lai...

Time Passes...
How fast has it been? Is it really 2008 is ending soon? Can't imagine how time flies, thought it was just last few weeks we celebrating Chinese New Year, now its coming again!!!
There are 2 major things I can think of asking. What is my accomplishment and am I getting older? No doubt there were so so positive results but break even with the negative one too, not much different I guess. Always young at heart, inside me still think and behave like I'm a teenagers od mid 20s, have fun!! However, physically the opposite it seems. Whatever!! life is short and we need to really look back and forward at the same time. I need to handle the situation calmly...But I'm still very the happy when people and friends guess my age as in my early 30s.
Time really fly pass us very fast indeed.

Were You Surprise?
Keep low profile you say? Maybe and maybe not, depends on circumstances.
Many people including myself do not like to be so call 'expose' too much either in public or among friends. We just wanna relax and see others becomes the centre point of attention eventhough sometimes we are the one who were infront or creates the scene. We are important but there is not a need for us to be popular. But this doesn't mean we want to forgo our responsibilities. This is my personal opinion.
I have been working my butts up since many many years ago and it ain't easy. Sure, I want to be recognise for what I did. It just that theres not a need to be too obvious. Moderation is always the key. Many thought that I was someone as what they have seen (Mr. Nice Guy) and not someone they thought I would not be (the opposite). Don't be a hipocrite (wrong spelling...whatever...). All the so call 'Nice Guy' in this world sure got something bad history behind their back.
I always said to my staff, colleague and friends, when I am working 'work is work, friend is friend', both cannot collide and it should be separated. Theres always a different me when I'm at work and another when I'm outside of work (happy hours). It has been like this since the day 1 of my carrier.
Last night (Christmas Eve) was another 'night out' for me and I attended a party organise by one of my staff. The party was held at one of the best night club cum exclusive karaoke establishment in town and attended by about 20, which half of it I've never met before but they were nice people...I guest (from different neighbourhood). Few of them surprise seeing me there, they thought I'm not kinda guy will go to such a place, furthermore there were some gangsters in the same room as well and 'China Doll' girls too. We became friends later.
One of the staff who turn up late was so surprise of seeing me there, he can't believe it and starts pestering me the whole time till the end, but all starts well ends well for the party. Hey!! I'm a good guy but can do things bad people do too, this does not mean I'm bad.
Merry Christmas.

CHRISTMAS SPIRIT ANYONE?
I have been monitoring a bit about the holidays spirit (Raya, CNY, Deepavali and now Christmas) among the general public I came across with, and many seems to have forgot the meaning of all that events. Many treat these holidays as 'something like' to be celebrated, to balik kampung, to relax, to enjoy, to shop, to party and does not really...really... do what is suppose to do (real meaning of the celebrations)... the spirit has gone! It has becomes like one of the weekend or year end leave clearing.
Do you feel the joy?... Raya joy?...do you really puasa and celebrates Aidilfitri?, do you have dinner with your family during the CNY eve? do you place kolam at your house? do you have Christmas tree at your home, and place presents (to be exchange) among your family members?... and above all understand why all this event is to be celebrated, the reason behind it?
And please dont say its because you want to go party and shop shop shop till you drop... where is the spirit guys?
Happy holidays (Christmas, weekends and New Year)...

What Have You Learn Today?
WOW!!! I don't believe it!!! The last time I blog in was about more than 3 weeks ago. Fuh!! Thats unbelievable long...
Why such a gap Addie?? Emm... let me think... Yup! Its all about work...work...work... Blame the work! Blame the bossess!!! Too bad I have to bear with it since I'm still working with them (the company / the boss / the work).
There has been so many things happens and so many new things I've learned for the pasr weeks. Things that I thought not important before, no need to think about it, it just something common, nothing concerning me, it comes and it goes....
But the truth is, I started to appreciate all this things, how does it being created and why, for what purpose and who are the people working so hard to make it work and be succesfull? Nevertheless, many of us tend to takes thing for granted but when one really...really... look into it, only then we realise how precious this knowledge are and start longing to know and see more of it. Even, the part time college girls giggle about the things they have learned and have fun with it too.
K Lor for now... enjoy the watches...

Be Gratefull
Many of us always complaints of things we do not have or not being provided by our parents and goverment. Sometimes we do forgot what we have is already more than enough, it just that we don't know how to appreciate it or use it wisely, such instances as money.
The people of Malaysia and countries that share similar status should be gratefull. We can see here and there, many still talking about having not enough money to spend for food, children schooling, clothes and even place to stay. And when you go check personnaly with them, you will find this people tend to have the latest mobile phone model, astro, dvd player, big tv (29" minimum), new car, smoke 2 packs cigarrette a day, and all this they have when staying at the low cost house provided by the goverment / PPR (Projek Perumahan Rakyat). So what do you mean by not having enough money for food etc.?
During my recent trip to Nepal, I saw many of their people struggling to get a spoon feed of food. We saw their people try many things to survive especially this time of winter. You can see the whole roadsides in any part you go will be filled up by people walking here and there looking for something to do and many day time 'pasar malam' or 'pasar chow kit' in polluted and unhealthy conditions. When the taxi stop at junctions, beggars will come and knock the door and window. Don't mentioned about the traffic, cars and bikes were honking everywhere. The people selling any products from jewelry to handicraft will keep on pestering you to buy their merchandises from the time you have eye contact with them - non stop (they will follow you if there is a need even till 200 - 300 meters). They willing to reduce the price to the extend of 60% for jewelry and 90% for handicraft. USD500 gold ring, with sapphire and diamonds were sold to us at USD200 and USD10 genuine mountain stones necklace can go to USD1 only. There was one fellar at the airport whom we never ask to help us carrying our luggage forced himself to do it and end up get 1 rupee (5cents) only. And many live in abandon houses and selfmade canopy with no eletricity (use candle only). Just imagine...
Of course we cannot compare with them as someone said to me. And this is not the only country facing such difficulties. Why do we need to care? It has nothing to do whether to care about them or not, it just that whether have we thought about how gratefull for all the things we got now, compare to them? Why do we need to complain so much? Be gratefull with what you have ok...

AJINOMOTO ANYONE?
Life would have been plain if without flavour. Plain world not tasty at all...boring... You and I need something to exite our daily living life and sometimes the exitement we look for or creates cause chaos and the opposite to others, not boring but too much problems for them to handle.
Being someone who said from the heart and direct crystal clear tend to have not a bright future in corporate ladder but that is me. I just say what I know as a fact and if you do not like it, then its too bad, even if you are my boss, I still cannot be the YES MAN all the way. This I have practiced in my 20 years working experience. 80% of my ex-boss and current boss do not like my 'direct' talking and ex'pressing'. One of my ex-boss even recommended to the director to have me sack due to my 'in-subordination' aka NONE YES MAN attitude, but end up his the one who were advice to leave the company ammicably.
Not to mentioned too much about gender but it cannot be avoided, a higher percentage of female in any work industries tend to say and indirectly and have exccesive expressions of words or story telling for even something very small issue in nature. THey like to elaborate which at the end sometimes they get trouble for their own extra antics. This is what has happens when you mendle with people personal matters (husband and wife issue, exxagerate laser mouthing', talk without facts about others etc.). Recently one in the verge for being slap and another has been bodily injury threaten for their 'sibuk jaga tepi kain orang' and extra AJINOMOTO seasoning on others personal lives. I think this flavouring of life has to do with the gender DNA, I don't know exactly but it has been there since the beginning of mankind.
So ladies, think before you talk about others especially me... I do not intend to slap or injure you physically but I will find ways to do that emotionally...
